CENTIPIX shipping and handeling
All CENTIPIX images purchased through this site are shipped to the email provided when you signed.
A copy of the purchased CENTIPIX/internet stamp is stored in your account in this site under the order history for
a period of 30 days, with a maximum of two downloads of the stamps. The download limit is set to protect
the stamps you have purchased in the event of unauthorized access to your account.
Enclosed with the email containing the purchased stamp, you will find a proof of purchase (POP). This POP
is NOT requiered when making payments, however it is needed in the event that you communicate with us in
regards to the stamp.
Charge back: Internet stamps are similar to their physical counterparts when it comes to chargbacks. Once
you make a payment using an internet stamp, you will not be able to demand a refund from
centipix.com. However you are encouraged to contact the merchant you paid, and try to resolve the
problem. In most cases, these payment disputes are quickly resolved with the merchants, and are due to
the merchant's site being temporarily down at the time you made a payment, or cookie are not enabled on
your browser.
In the event a merchant grossly misrepresents their content, does not reply to your enquiries and they
clearly have generated a negative response from other centipix users, the merchant account is
terminated.
Retruns:A refund can be made to internet stamps that have not been used. The value of the stamp will be
refunded, however the shipping and handeling fee is non-refundable. The internet stamp, must be emailed
along with the POP to admin@centipaid.com. A more user-friendly interface will be setup for this kind of
request in the near future.
