CENTIPIX shipping and handeling
All CENTIPIX purchased through this site are shipped to the email address of
the registered user. When purchasing from an authorized agent, an email
will also be requiered to deliver the CENTIPIX to.
Purchases made on centipix.com, gain an additional advantage by having a copy
of the purchased CENTIPIX stored in the account under the order history
for a period of 30 days, with a maximum of two downloads. The download limit
is imposed to protect CENTIPIX purchased, and to minimize unauthorized
access to your CENTIPIX.
Enclosed with the email containing the purchased CENTIPIX, you will find a
proof of purchase (POP). This POP is NOT required when making payments,
however it is needed in certain transactions that require further authetication.
Shipping and handeling
CENTIPIX sold through agents and online are charged a shipping and
handeling fee of 5% of the stored value and $0.50 per order to cover activation,
POP and delivery.
Charge back: CENTIPIX do not provide the buyer with chargeback
protections like credit card. This is required to enable ecommerce for
providers of egoods and services. Once a payment is made using a CENTIPIX,
users will not be able to demand a refund from centipix.com. However they
are encouraged to contact the paid merchant, and attempt to resolve the problem.
In most cases, these payment disputes are quickly resolved directly with the
merchants.
In the event a merchant grossly misrepresents their content or services, does
not reply to your enquiries, and generated negative responses from other
centipix users, the merchant account is terminated.
Retruns: Due to the digital nature of CENTIPIX, refunds
can only be made to CENTIPIX purchased with credit cards, if the CENTIPIX has
not been used. The store value is refunded, however the shipping and handeling
fees are non-refundable. The CENTIPIX, must be emailed along with the POP
to admin@centipaid.com.
